Who Am I? |
Hello! My name is Branden Stahl, I’m a Senior at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and I am studying Aeronautical Engineering, focusing on Astronautics & Spacecraft Design. I am also taking minors in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. |
My Experience |
I have several industry certifications ranging from Microsoft Word to Fusion 360 and Photoshop, and have experience as a manager and working on projects with project planning, systems integrations, teamwork, 3d design & manufacture, technical reports and documentations. |
My Goals |
My career goal is to be a project manager working on satellites and electronics. |
My Why |
I became interested in this field after spending my entire teenage years fascinated by computers and physics, and got to put it to the test leading a team of students in the NASA Student Launch Initiative in developing and integrating a payload into a rocket. |
My How |
To achieve this goal, I’m currently working as a manager so I can better prepare to manage a team in a professional environment, as well as programming and building electronics in my free time to get more used to working with them. Additionally, as part of my studies, I went abroad to Ireland, where I got to learn more about foreign cultures and interacting with them, as well as giving speeches and presentations in unknown environments. It is through these experiences that I intend to achieve my goal of working as a project manager and developing satellites & their related systems. |
